Introduction to Translations

2000

What are Translations?

The translation feature enables you to handle multiple translations for an object, and subsequently retrieve the object and its associated relationships in the desired language.

To specify the language, you need to provide the language argument in [ISO-639 format] (https://www.loc.gov/standards/iso639-2/php/code_list.php), which includes both the language and region. It's crucial to ensure that the language is supplied in this format; otherwise, an error will be triggered.

If a language is not specified for an object the account's default language is used.

A full list of codes can be found here.
